You might be in the right place if…

  • You've been told you have anxiety, but treatment hasn't worked — and you're starting to wonder if it's something else.

  • You suspect you have ADHD but were never evaluated as a child.

  • You're high-functioning on the outside and exhausted on the inside.

  • You've had a bad experience with rushed, 10-minute med checks and want a provider who actually listens.

  • You want care that takes insurance and respects your time.

What I Treat?

I work with adults navigating the conditions that most often go underdiagnosed or undertreated — the ones that quietly shape how you show up at work, in relationships, and with yourself.

  • Many of my patients were never diagnosed as children, or were told they had anxiety when the real issue was attention. I offer comprehensive ADHD evaluations including objective computerized testing, followed by thoughtful medication management. [Learn More →]

  • Generalized anxiety, panic attacks, and the kind of low-grade worry that never quite turns off. I take time to understand what's driving it before recommending treatment [Learn More →]

  • From persistent low mood to bipolar spectrum conditions, I focus on finding the right medication for you — not just the most common one. I also treat sleep issues that often accompany mood concerns. [Learn More →]

  • Most ADHD evaluations rely entirely on subjective questionnaires. I offer QBcheck — an FDA-cleared computerized test that objectively measures attention, impulsivity, and activity levels. It's a more rigorous evaluation, especially for adults who've been dismissed before. [→Learn More]

How It Works:

  1. Request a Consultation Submit your information through the contact form. I'll personally reach out within one business day to briefly discuss what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit.

  2. Comprehensive Evaluation Your first appointment is a full 60-minute evaluation — either in my Redlands office or virtually. We'll review your symptoms, history, and goals to arrive at a clear diagnosis and plan.

  3. Personalized Treatment If medication is part of your plan, we'll start thoughtfully and adjust based on how you respond. Ongoing follow-ups are scheduled based on what you need, not a one-size-fits-all interval.

Why Clarivolve?

Most psychiatric care today feels rushed, impersonal, and hard to access. Clarivolve is built to be the opposite.

  • Real Appointment Time Initial evaluations run 60 minutes. Follow-ups aren't 10-minute med checks. You get the time you actually need to be heard.

  • Responsive Between Visits Questions about a new medication? Side effect concerns? I respond to patient messages — not a call center.

  • Evidence-Based, Not Formulaic I treat the person in front of me, not a diagnostic code. That means taking conservative approaches when appropriate and trying harder when standard options haven't worked.

  • Clarity in Every Step You'll always know what we're doing, why, and what to expect. That's the "clarity" in Clarivolve.
